Today is the birthday of Risa Tsumugi (TsumuTsumu) Rui Akikaze Seiyuu, so Happy Birthday to her!

She's an adorable and cheerful girl, I don't know much about Rui, but I've seen that Risa has mentioned several times that she likes to give voice to her, and she has put part of her own personality in her, so I don't have the slightest doubt that Rui is a pretty good girl in several aspects.

Also knowing a little about Rui, I like the contrast with Chu2 from Bang Dream, another character in which Risa lends her voice.
