So if the Wartime of Farewells, Elysion, etc. costumes were all just made by the students for their school production, HOW HIGH ARE THEIR BUDGETS? I wonder about Rinmeikan in particular, because while their ghost patrol outfits are certainly less deluxe than Seisho's or Siegfeld's initial sets, they're still like closing down or whatever, which would probably lead to less money being given to their department? Are their allowances just sky high or something?
