Alright, in the span of about 45 minutes or so, I saved up 1,500 stars for the half off 10 pull for the Beauty and the Beast Gacha, lost connection mid-pull, checked my Stage Girls after regaining connection to see if I got anything new, and low and behold, Belle - Shiori Yumeoji shows up!
